Father, thank you for the “gifts You have given (______) and may (he/she) use them to serve others, as a good steward of Your grace.”
1 Peter 4:10
I pray that (he/she) grows a humble heart. Help (him/her) see that the gifts and talents You have given (him/her) can be used to serve (his/her) team and are not for selfish gain. Teach (him/her) that if (he/she) “wants to be first, (he/she) must be the very last and servant of all. “ Mark 9:35
May (he/she) recognize that there is no one greater than the other on a team. And through serving each other they will do great things.
