YPIP FAQs

We are so grateful for your purchase and support in helping spread “THE” message! All of our items are handmade here in our warehouse to order and can take up to 7-10 days to ship out. Our popular patch designs can take up to two weeks to produce. We strive to get them headed to you as quick as possible, but want you to be prepared in case you are needing your order in a rush. Shipping takes 3-5 days, but if for any reason you need to rush ship your order you can email me at kylie@youplayipray.com and I will be happy to try my best to help you get it asap!

We do offer this service on most of our shirts. To add the name and/or number of your choice to the back of your tee simply click the customize tab on the product page. This will add the fee to your product and allow you to enter the name and/or number you would like us to add. Please note that adding this option to your order may add some time for us to get it shipped out to you.

Yes! We offer custom school or team designs either in bulk orders or as a fundraiser for your organization. If this is something you would like more information on you can email me at kylie@youplayipray.com 

We want you to love your item!! The more you wear it the more you are spreading His word! Win Win for all!!! We will gladly help you exchange or return. But please note that shipping fees can not be refunded.

Here are our requests for your returns or exchanges:

– Items must NOT be washed and/or worn

– Items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchasing date

– Items that have custom name and/or numbers added to them can not be exchanged or returned

We strive to give a description of how our shirts fit on each product page to help you choose the perfect one for you. This keeps our returns and exchanges to a very low rate. YAY!! But if you have any further questions on how a shirt fits please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

We absolute do!! Most of our products do come in larger sizes, but if you find a product you really love and don’t see that we offer it please don’t hesitate to ask us! Often times we can create something very close to it in the size you are looking for. Email me at kylie@youplayipray.com and I will do my best to help you!
