There are going to be seasons as a player or with your team where you may not see success coming from all the time you spend practicing. Those times feel hard and painful and may even feel unfinished and unrewarded. It is easy to want to give up when it feels like that but that is exactly when you must not give up! The most growth comes from the hard times.
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
Galatians 6:9
In this verse Paul is teaching us to not grow weary (give up) in using the gifts God has given us to do good. If we press on through the hard times we will see the good that came from it.
